Shipping costs
Orders of €125 or more are delivered free of charge within Germany (Austria: from €299), except feed, jars and mead.
Please note that DHL may change its services at short notice. Some countries can only be served by DHL Express, or not at all, so shipping can cost more than shown below. For national and international events that affect transport you can find current information directly at DHL.

If your order fits into a small parcel (Warenpost) or a letter, we charge €6.50 for the small parcel and €3.50 for the letter within Germany.
Other countries
Shipments outside the EU usually incur customs duties and similar charges. Fees for international payments are paid by the buyer. For all other countries please ask us for the postage.

Payment methods
We do not deliver on open invoice. Extended retention of title applies.
Cash on delivery
Only for deliveries within Germany. You pay the actual cash-on-delivery fee of the carrier, currently €7.00, regardless of the order value.
Direct debit (all EU countries)
Convenient, safe and the cheapest way to pay: there are no transfer fees for you. We need your IBAN and collect the amount 7–10 days after the goods have shipped.
Prepayment
For customers outside Germany. You receive a pro-forma invoice with all costs, and we ship as soon as the payment has arrived in our account. We check incoming payments once a week, on Fridays.

Complaints
Complaints can only be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. We are not liable for consequential damage of any kind. When goods are delivered by post, rail, freight forwarder or parcel service, please check the contents for transport damage immediately, report it to the driver or post office and have the damage confirmed in writing.
