Right of withdrawal and return
If the delivered items do not meet your expectations, please contact us. If we cannot reach an agreement, we will take the goods back within 14 days. Returns must always be sent prepaid. We cannot accept unpaid (carriage-forward) parcels.
In the case of justified warranty claims we refund the postage you paid.
Custom-made items are excluded from return and exchange.
We will exchange the goods as you wish or refund the amount immediately. Exchange shipments are charged postage unless they are warranty cases or our mistake. Return costs caused by refusing to accept an ordered delivery are borne by the customer.
The place of performance for delivery and payment is Ellerau for both parties. Place of jurisdiction is Ellerau or the applicable statutory place of jurisdiction. The goods remain our property until paid in full.
