Prices
All prices are ex warehouse Ellerau. Statutory VAT (currently 7% or 19%) is included in the prices and shown separately on the invoice. All prices are subject to change and based on current costs. If costs change, in particular VAT, we have to adjust our prices and ask for your understanding. We will always try to announce price changes in good time.
Shipping costs
Orders of €125 or more are delivered free of shipping costs within Germany* (Austria: from €299*).
*Except jars, mead, honey, bees and feed.
Otherwise we charge the following per parcel within Germany: up to 4 kg €8.50; 4–10 kg €9.50; 10–31.5 kg €10.50. This is not a flat rate: if an order ships in several parcels, each parcel is charged. Other shipping methods on request, charged at cost.

Abroad
Shipments outside the EU usually incur customs duties and similar charges. Fees for international payments are paid by the buyer.
To meet our obligations under the German Packaging Act we participate in a dual system for packaging recycling.
Complaints
Complaints can only be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. We are not liable for consequential damage of any kind. When goods are delivered by post, rail, freight forwarder or parcel service, please check the contents for transport damage immediately, report it to the driver or post office and have the damage confirmed in writing.
